Citadel Mods · DayZ

Server-side mods that make players stay.

Built deep in the DayZ modding scene and run live on our own server: bounties, races, supply drops, a wandering trader — on a shared loot engine with a guaranteed reward locker. Server-side only, so your players install nothing.

The suite

Every mod is server-side and configured with plain JSON in your server profile — sensible defaults are created on first run. CitadelCore is the shared foundation; load it first and the rest snap in.

CitadelCore

Foundation

The shared library behind the suite: one standard loot engine (weighted pools, recursive attachments and cargo) plus the reward locker — rewards that don't fit a player's inventory are persisted and redelivered, so they can't be lost.

Runs with · Base DayZ only — load it before the mods that depend on it

CitadelBounty

PvP

Kill-streak notoriety: rack up kills without dying and you go WANTED — a live map marker exposes you to the whole server, and whoever takes you down claims the bounty reward. Dying clears it.

Runs with · CitadelCore · CF · Expansion-Core · markers via Expansion and/or LB Groups

CitadelRacing

Events

Scheduled checkpoint races: players join from a lobby zone, then run the course by any means — car, boat, heli, or on foot. Finishers earn rank-based rewards and best times are kept as track records.

Runs with · CitadelCore · CF · Expansion-Core · markers via Expansion and/or LB Groups

CitadelSupplyDrops

Events

Scheduled supply-drop events: a loot-filled crate spawns at a random location with a map marker and a server-wide announcement, then despawns on a timer — or early once it's looted clean.

Runs with · CF · Expansion-Core · markers via Expansion and/or LB Groups

CitadelAbandonedSupplies

Events

Abandoned-cache events with two modes: an instant crate-cluster drop the whole server races to, or KOTH capture — the loot doesn't spawn until a group holds the zone to claim it.

Runs with · CitadelCore · CF · Expansion-Core · markers via Expansion and/or LB Groups

CitadelWanderingTrader

Economy

An Expansion Market trader who relocates around the map on a schedule, taking his market zone and stock with him. Arrivals are announced — and he won't teleport away while players are nearby mid-trade.

Runs with · CF · Expansion-Core · Expansion-Market

CitadelTBDTBeacons

Integration

Gives TB Dynamic Trader dealer points Expansion-styled notifications and LBmaster map markers — by reading TB's own config files, without touching TB's code.

Runs with · TB Dynamic Trader + TBLib · CF · Expansion-Core

CitadelAdmin

Platform

The Citadel Cloud bridge: connects a DayZ server to the Citadel platform for config sync, server metrics, and command delivery.

Runs with · Base DayZ only

Rewards that can’t be lost

Player rewards — bounty claims, race podiums — go through the CitadelCore reward locker: what fits is delivered, the rest is persisted and redelivered until it lands. No reward lost to a full inventory.

One loot format everywhere

Drops, caches, and rewards all use the same JSON loot tables — weighted pools with nested attachments and cargo. Learn it once, tune the whole suite.

Zero client downloads

Everything runs in the server’s mission — announcements and map markers ride on the frameworks you already run (DayZ Expansion, LBmaster Groups). Players join like normal.
