Citadel documentation
Citadel is a platform for gaming communities. Spin up a community website, a Discord bot, and a player store that sells in-game perks — and have those perks applied on your game server automatically.
What you can build
- Community website — a themeable site with a page builder, guides, changelog, and server listings, on your own subdomain or custom domain.
- Discord bot — a configured bot for your guild, with a command relay built in.
- Player store — sell perks (ranks, priority queue, whitelist, kits) to your players, with pricing tiers, gifting, gift cards, loyalty tiers, and Discord role rewards. Purchases trigger an automatic in-game grant via your game server — through a durable queue, so purchases survive server restarts.
How it fits together
- You sign up and create your community (your workspace).
- You add the pieces you need — site, bot, and/or store (or apply a setup template for a one-click start).
- For a store, you connect your game server and create perks, each mapped to an in-game action.
- A player buys a perk on your storefront → Citadel charges them (the money goes to your Stripe), resolves who they are in-game, and tells your server to grant the perk.
- You watch revenue, buyers, and best-sellers on Insights.
