Notifications
Get told when things happen on your community — payments, relay events, service status changes — without watching the dashboard. Two channel types: Discord webhooks and email.
Managing notification channels requires the owner or admin role.
Discord webhooks
On the Notifications page, add a Discord webhook:
- In Discord: channel → Edit Channel → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → copy the URL.
- Paste it into Citadel, choose every event or pick specific ones, and Send test to confirm it works.
Events fan out as Citadel embeds in your channel.
Add an email channel the same way — enter the address, pick events, send a test. Useful for the events you want even when you're away from Discord, like new sales or delivery failures.
Reliability
A channel that fails repeatedly is auto-disabled so a dead webhook or bouncing address doesn't get hammered — fix it and re-enable from the same page. Send test works on any channel at any time.
Events you can subscribe to
Subscriptions, service status changes, relay handshakes and command activity, store order events (including failed deliveries), gift card and notification-channel changes. Leave the event list empty to receive everything.
Audit log
Every action Citadel takes is also recorded in your Audit log (filterable by family), so you can always see what happened and when.
