The Insights page is your store's revenue dashboard: see what's selling, who's buying, and how money is trending — over 7, 30, or 90 days.

What you see

• Revenue — gross sales for the range, with net (after Citadel's fee) below it.
• Daily revenue chart — every day in range, zero-filled so quiet days are visible instead of hidden.
• Orders & average order value.
• Buyers — unique buyers, split into new (first-ever purchase in range) and returning.
• Repeat rate — the returning share of buyers; the health metric for a perk store.
• Top perks — your best sellers by gross, with order counts.

Cash vs. store credit

Revenue counts cash — card payments through your Stripe. Purchases paid with store credit (redeemed gift cards) are shown separately as credit redeemed: the cash for a gift card was already counted when the card was bought, so counting the redemption again would double it.

Where the numbers come from

Only completed sales count: paid, granted, and naturally-expired duration perks. Refunded, canceled, and failed-delivery orders are excluded.
