Buying perks (for players)

This is for players buying perks on a community's store.

1. Open the store

Go to the community's store page (your server admin will share the link — it looks like https://<community>.sites.citadel-hub.com/store).

2. Sign in with Steam

Click Sign in with Steam and approve. This links your purchase to your in-game account so the perk applies to you.

3. Buy a perk

Pick a perk and click Buy. Some perks offer duration tiers (7 / 30 / 90 days) — pick the one you want. If it asks any questions (like your Steam64), fill them in, then continue to secure checkout (powered by Stripe). Your card details go straight to Stripe — the store never sees them.

Buying for a friend? Use Gift: enter their Steam64 and the perk applies to them instead of you.

Have a gift card? Redeem the code on the store and the value becomes store credit on your account — it automatically pays for purchases it covers.

4. Get your perk in-game

After payment you're returned to the store with a confirmation, and your perk is applied on the server automatically — usually within a few seconds. For recurring perks, it stays active as long as your subscription is, and is removed when it ends.

Your account page

Click Account in the store header to see:

• your active perks with time remaining,
• your full purchase history with honest statuses,
• your store credit balance,
• a cancel button on any recurring perk — it stays active until the period you've paid for ends, then doesn't renew.

Help

If a perk doesn't apply, contact the community's admins — they can see the order and re-apply the grant. Payment questions (receipts, refunds) are handled by the community through Stripe.
